1958 – Research and Development Centre of Uranium Industry Automation
1962 - Developed and produced first Automation aids for mining industry

1965 - Development of the first comprehensive control system – OEM design

1970 - The beginning of control systems applications for fossil power generation branch

70´ - The boom of automated solutions supplied to significant teritories for the power generation, mining, transportation and other industrial branches

1973 - The Company Headquarters established

80´ – Development of automated systems based on microprocessor technology

1992- Company privatization and modernisation of the development and production technology

1997 - Certification according to EN ISO 9001standard

1998 – Commencement of the co-operation between ZAT a.s. and prof.V. A. Pavlov – author of the mesodiencefalitic modulation (MDM) method (healthcare branch)

2001 – Technical certification of the medical device designed fot the MDM method – Russian Federation

2003 - Acquisition of the power generation activities - ŠKODA Energo - Controls division – expanding the market to the branches of nuclear, fossil and hydro- power generation

2004 - Commissioning of the control system for drives of 440 MW, nuclear reactor, Zaporozhie Power Station, Ukraine

2005 - acquisition of ZAT Easy Control Systems company – expanding the market to the branches of gas distribution, chemical industry, ecology and industrial processes

- Technical certification of the medical device designed fot the MDM method (EZU – European Union

2005 - Commissioning the ZAT solution for re-contruction of Dukovany Nuclear Power Station, Czech Republic - modules M1, M2

2006 – Building the new Research - Development Centre in Plzen - Pisecka street (finished 2007)

2007 – Contract for re-construction of I&C systems for Dukovany Nuclear Power Station, Czech Republic - modules M3 - M5

2008 – Establishment of ZAT Bahrain Company w.l.l.

2009 - Establishment of a new subsidiary company MDM Centrum Ltd. in Červený Hrádek in Pilsen.
