ZAT becomes the best system integrator of 2009

Pantek (CS), an authorized Wonderware distributor for the Czech and Slovak republics, organized the fifteenth annual meeting of the Czech and Slovak users of SW and HW products for Wonderware industrial automation and information applications. "The 15th Czech and Slovak Wonderware user conference 2009" was held in Hradec Králové; the best system integrators of 2009 from the Czech Republic and Slovak Republic were recognized during the event. ZAT a.s. placed first in "the highest number of installed licenses" category, and was recognized as the system integrator of 2009. The company thereby confirmed its position, as it defended its last year's position in the said category.

ZAT proceeds with acquisitions

ZAT, a.s., the leading Czech manufacturer of controlling systems designed primarily for nuclear and non-nuclear power generation, transport systems, mining equipment and the like, has recently acquired 100% share in SEZ s.r.o. (Severočeské elektrotechnické závody). The company thus continues in its acquisition efforts first launched by a takeover of Easy Controls in 1997 and of Škoda Controls, a former member of the Škoda Energo Group, in late 2002 and early 2003, respectively. "Our goal is to reinforce and extend the competencies of ZAT in its main branches of business. We want to build a foundation for penetrating into the region of the northwest Bohemia, and we also expect increasing levels of export", said the company's executive director, Vladislava Česáková. ZAT is the only company that develops, manufactures, implements and provides service for controlling systems in the Czech Republic. The company, with the share capital of CZK 1 million, focuses mostly on planning, manufacturing, installation and repairs of electrical machinery and equipment.

Jako partneři OHK se již šest let účastníme i soutěže „Nejlepší firma okresu Příbram" v kategorii velkých firem. V soutěži jsme úspěšná firma, neboť jsme během šesti let vyhráli dvakrát 1. místo, jednou jsme obsadili místo druhé a jednou jsme získali 3. místo.

Na zámku Kroměříž se dne 26.9.2008 konala každoroční konference našeho dlouholetého dodavatele monitorovacích systémů Wonderware – firmy Pantek. Toto setkání se neslo ve slavnostním duchu výročí 15.leté existence této firmy v ČR a SR a tento fakt přivedl za řečnický pult významné řečníky z USA (Rob McGreevy - ředitel firmy Wonderware pro rozvoj), Velké Británie (John Bailey - majoritní akcionář firmy Pantek.cz) a Itálie (Fabrizio Orgando - Area Manager Wonderware EMEA).

Součástí konference bylo vyhlášení a dekorování firem z řad zákazníků ve dvou kategoriích: v kategorii firem s největším počtem instalovaných licencí za poslední rok se ZAT a.s. umístil na prvním místě – Systémový integrátor roku 2008 a v kategorii 15 nejlepších partnerů - bez stanovení pořadí za dobu patnáctileté existence firmy Pantek se firma ZAT a.s. podle očekávání umístila také.

Firma ZAT a.s. si dovoluje oznámit prodej části obchodních aktivit a know-how v rámci optimalizace svých činností. Prodej se týká dodávek průmyslových počítačů Advantech, osvětlovací techniky divadel a TV ADB, průmyslových klávesnic GETT / Indukey a průmyslových a POS periferií Tipro. Uvedené aktivity přechází na firmu FCC průmyslové systémy s.r.o. se sídlem: U Slovanky 1388/5, 182 00 Praha 8, IČ: 25044516, DIČ: CZ25044516. Prodej výše uvedených aktivit zahrnuje prodej, instalace, veškeré záruky a servis a to včetně již realizovaných zakázek.

V září roku 2006 vypsala společnost ČEZ , a.s. veřejnou soutěž na pokračování projektu obnovy systému kontroly řízení jaderné elektrárny Dukovany na zbývajících modulech M3 – M5. Ve čtvrtek 13. září 2007 společnost ČEZ oznámila, že nabídka Škoda JS a.s. a ZAT a.s. byla vybrána jako nejvhodnější.
