Servicing and maintenance of ZAT supplies is being provided in the means of customer service for both the control systems solutions provided and designed by ZAT and the systems provided or designed by other renowned producers. ZAT servicing extend the quality of ZAT supplies not only for the control systems themselves but also for the controlled technology. Our service and maintenance enable us to monitor and predict the needs of our customers and the controlled technology. We continually improve our services through feedback provided by our customers in connection with servicing and maintenance. ZAT service is provided by a team of experienced specialists – qualified service engineers, that are familiar with the control systems and their SW and HW components. Our specialists are trained and specialized also to the particular technology which is controlled by the automation solutions provided by ZAT. Servicing and maintenance is actively supported by ZAT engineering, development and production of control systems, which focus on both ZAT OEM systems and systems by other renowned producers. The added value of servicing and maintenance services contain also sales support and project management.
We highly appreciate the credit granted by our customers and we are able to flexibly meet their needs in servicing and maintenance of the automated systems supplied. We continually improve the quality of our services applying modern diagnostic tools which effectively minimize the reply time and availability of service engineers with minimum time waste and financial losses. Our experience obtained through servicing and maintenance activities is promptly applied during implementation of new automation solutions. ZAT can actively employ the synergic effects occuring from development – engineering – implementation – installation – testing - commissioning and servicing. Our service engineers actively participate in implementing the new solutions even during installation and testing stage of the projects. One of the crucial activities connected with customer services provided by ZAT is personnel training. The operators of the systems are trained in our company, and we also provide on-site training of the operators during project implementation phase. The actual scope of training is agreed with individual customers based on the scope of supply, customer requirements and experience of the operators employed by the customer. |
