Systems diagnostics

ZAT has been involved in remote diagnostics of technological systems since 2012. Its aim is to transfer diagnostic information from technological systems and objects to persons or companies responsible for their reliable and safe operation.

Efficient data collection and optimization

Data collection and processing is handled by the SandRA Z210 series ZAT control system as well as freely programmable SAIA, Tecomat and Siemens automated machines. Their variants vary according to the customer's specific needs or technology. We also use modern wireless IoT technology. We are capable of transmitting data using Sigfox, LoRa and NB-IoT area IoT networks and have solutions for local data acquisition systems using wireless mesh networks. We use traditional SCADA platforms or the modern ZAT platform SimONet for data display, which allows us to perform analysis of measured data. Subsequently, we propose to the customer the optimization of its operation leading to financial savings.

We provide warranty and post-warranty service of our products and keep on 24-hour standby if necessary.
