We supply dispatcher control systems for local distribution networks to the Railway Infrastructure Administration

Dispatcher control is a mandatory requirement for every local distribution system that has it specified in their connection agreement. Its purpose is to enable monitoring, control, and diagnostics by the superior distributor. Dispatcher control must maintain continuous contact with the technical dispatch center of the superior distributor.

This obligation is routine, for example, for the Railway Infrastructure Administration, which is the largest operator of local distribution systems in the Czech Republic. Last year, we started supplying dispatcher control systems for photovoltaic power plants in several locations for this company simultaneously, and further implementations are currently being prepared. In the project, in addition to providing the necessary hardware and software, we also deliver comprehensive engineering and project management services, guiding our customer through all required steps—from approval of project documentation to the official testing of dispatcher control with the superior distributor, a process that often takes more than five months.

Throughout the entire implementation, we communicate directly with the superior distributor to minimize concerns for our customer. We ensure that all legislative requirements are met. Thanks to our own hardware manufacturing and software development, we can respond quickly and flexibly to additional demands.

Turnkey dispatcher control projects implemented for the Railway Infrastructure Administration took place in 2024 in locations such as Plzeň, Chodov, Aš, Děčín, and Ústí nad Labem. Currently, preparations are underway for implementation in more than 10 additional locations. Within this scope, we are also able to address cybersecurity and remote diagnostics for photovoltaic power plants for our customer.
