We presented at the prestigious international conference as part of Nuclear Days 2025

ZAT is one of Europe’s leading suppliers of control systems for nuclear power plants. That’s why we once again participated in the prestigious international conference “Nuclear Energy and Europe’s Energy Security,” held on September 10–11, 2025, as part of Nuclear Days at the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen.

The conference provided a platform for expert discussions among industry representatives, academia, and government officials. ZAT was represented by Karel Stočes, ZAT’s Sales and Marketing Director, who took part in a roundtable on “Advanced Nuclear Technologies.” The discussion focused on innovations in control systems, digitalization of nuclear plant operations, and opportunities for Czech companies to participate in the construction of new nuclear facilities.

We primarily presented our experience with nuclear power plant deliveries in the Czech Republic and abroad, including projects in Dukovany, Temelín, and other European locations, and confirmed our readiness for the construction of new nuclear sources,” explained Karel Stočes. He also noted that such discussions help promote nuclear energy among the younger generation.

Participation in the conference was not only an opportunity to establish new partnerships but also a confirmation of ZAT’s role as a key player in nuclear automation.

This year’s 15th edition of Nuclear Days at the University of West Bohemia continues until October 16. During the following days, an exhibition features ZAT’s products, including the AVR Safety excitation regulator and components of the SandRA Z100 control system. The program also includes specialized lectures for students and industry professionals.
