We supply the railway administration with dispatching control for local distribution systems

Dispatching is an obligation that must be fulfilled by each local distribution system that has it set out in its connection contract. Its purpose is to monitor, control and perform diagnostics by the upstream distributor. The dispatching control must thus maintain continuous contact with the technical dispatching of the upstream distributor.

This obligation is a daily routine for the Railway Administration, for example, which is the largest operator of local distribution systems in the Czech Republic. Last year we started the delivery of dispatching control of photovoltaic power plants in several locations at the same time for this company, and further implementations are currently being prepared. In the project, in addition to supplying the necessary hardware and software, we also provide complex engineering and project management, in which we guide our customer through all the necessary steps - from the approval of the project documentation to the official testing of the dispatching control with the parent distributor, a process that often takes more than five months.

Throughout the implementation process, we communicate directly with the parent distributor so that the customer has as few worries as possible. Everything is done in such a way that all legislative obligations are met. Thanks to our own hardware production and software development, we can also react quickly and flexibly to additional requirements.

The turnkey dispatching projects implemented for the Railway Administration took place in 2024 in Plzeň, Chodov, Aš, Děčín and Ústí nad Labem. We are currently preparing for implementation in more than 10 other locations. As part of the above, we are also able to address the issue of cyber security and remote diagnostics of photovoltaic plants for our customer.
